Select a Day to Schedule Your Child's Assessment (you will be contacted to confirm a time) *If your child has not had an Occupational Therapy assessment in the last 6 months, a fine motor/printing assessment will be required to help ensure that individualized goals are created for your child and that your child is placed in a well-matched group. The fee for the assessment is $115.
